I've had the soundtrack digitally for years now and I don't recall pops in the song that they occurred in. The pops were part of the song as originally composed; so was the glitchy portion near its end.
Just wanting to let the more skeptical listeners know who may not be familiar with this amazing soundtrack. Very excited, and wallet is feeling the pain. Though, I can justify it because I got a buttload back in Tax returns. Deleted member User requested account closure Member.

My mom passed away on the 18th and ive been going through her stuff sorting things slowly and I came across her record collection.
I'm not sure what to do with them. Now there is some sentimental value here because I remember us all listening to these records all the time as kids because we didn't have cable tv back then. I'm thinking of picking up a cheap record player and reminiscing. On the other hand if any of these are valuable or may have alot of worth to collectors it would be worth noting.
My parents both liked country music so there are records in here I will probably never play like Statler Bros, Kenny Rogers and Judds. I'm keeping the Donna Summers though :. None of those will be of any value outside of sentimental. Wardell Piper. Anyway Joey Negro Second Way. Melba Moore. The APX. Devotion , Dimitri From Paris. Glitterbox Recordings. Floris Klinkert track Marc Slager track Stephenson Belgian dance producer track Svan Taurus track Ben Watt track 2.
Michael Beck hip hop track 4. Woah what's the story here? That seems like a pretty big oversight? They were just effects added when they did the vinyl version Someone please correct me if I have anything wrong, there.
So now, instead of a seamless transition between songs, you have a gap of silence between each of them. The first instance isn't the end of the world but it really fucks up the end of the record in my opinion. It is a weird oversight, considering Hewlitt himself listened to and approved the remaster before it was pressed.
Album still sounds great; it just doesn't sound how it was supposed to at the time. Oct 26, 2, How easy is it to swap stuff and is just the leftover dregs? The wife and I adopted a cat back in late June and I love the guy, but he has a bad habit of liking to jump up onto my turntable and from there, the nearby speaker. Luckily he has never jumped onto the turntable while it was playing, and I have a AT-LP3, which has a plastic dust cover, so I figured the worst he could do is scratch the plastic cover, and thus I covered it with a blanket for now.
I'm guessing at some point earlier in the morning he managed to hit the "start" button on the front and started it playing. How much should I be concerned that he damaged the stylus, record, or anything else in jumping up there while it was playing? I gave the record a quick dusting and started it from the beginnning and it didn't sound any different than usual so I'm not super concerned, but it also never got to the point it would have been on when he jumped up there either, so it'd be nice for someone to assuage my fears a bit.
Needless to say I put the record that was on the turntable back into its sleeve, slipped the plastic protector back onto the stylus, tied down the tonearm, and unplugged the turntable for good measure, so none of this can happen again.
Late Edit: I'm thinking this weekend I'm gonna fish the packaging for it out of the closet and box it back up. I think it might be time to retire it until we get out of this apartment and into a house. I need to invest in a inexpensive record washing system anyway and I think I'm gonna wait until then to do so, as I don't really have the space to devote to a cleaning setup.
Maybe then I'll look into a replacement stylus or maybe even something that's a slight upgrade. Or maybe I'll just bail on vinyl altogether for a few years, I dunno. Last edited: Oct 1, Some recent additions:.
